This username and password is used to validate this request.
The username and password to use would be the same username and password you use to access your webhosting control panel. Typically you access this by going to:
http://yourdomain.com/cpanel
You can verify the correct username and password by trying to log into your web hosting control panel - if you can't log in with the information you are providing, then you are not using the correct username and password.
If you have forgotten your account's username and password you can request to have it reset by going to:
https://www.amshelp.com/forgotpassword
Tickets that request changes in how a website or web hosting account operates have to be made by the owner of the account, this is why account validation is required for those tickets.
If you submit a ticket asking for actionable changes to be made to your account and you do not fill out the Account Validation section or fill it out incorrectly, you will be asked to resubmit. This is not meant to be a burden, it is meant to insure only authorized account owners are requesting account changes.
